NetGift Opens Office In San Francisco
March 15, 2000
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC - NetGift Registry, the first and largest network
of distributed online gift registries, has announced that it will
open a San Francisco business development office.
"We're aggressively expanding our business development reach to
Silicon Valley and the Bay area," said Ed Fadel, NetGift's Chief
Executive Officer. "In trying to reach e-retailers, one of the best
places to concentrate our efforts is the hot-bed of Internet-based
companies in the technology corridor in California."
Jock Johnston, the NetGift Director of Business Development will
head up the new office. Johnston said he is looking forward to working
with companies in the area.
"Not only will this allow us to enhance our relationships with
companies that we are already partnered with such as Homestead,
Knight-Ridder, and Inktomi but establishing an office in California
will allow us to create new relationships with more of the Internet's
leading properties," said Johnston.
The new office is slated to open in the beginning of April.
