Ed
Fadel, Chairman
Ed Fadel was one of the founders of NetGift in 1998 and continues to provide the company with visionary leadership.
Ed has achieved a long history of successes in creating and running businesses.
In 1987, Ed founded CD Superstore with partner
Paul Mayer and the company quickly grew to over $35 million in sales with over 300 employees.
In 1994, CD Superstore was sold for $17.5 million to Borders Group.
In 1998, Ed and Paul Mayer founded Fusion Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital fund
and full services business incubator. Fusion Ventures provided seed money for NetGift Registry
and contacted recruit other investors.

Raanan
Lachman, CEO
Ranaan Lachman brings to the position many years of managerial experience in diverse industries.
He began his career serving as an officer and operational fighter in the Israeli Air Force (IAF).
Mr. Lachman focused his military
career on technological and managerial roles. Lachman acted for three years as Division Head in the Research and Development Department
in IAF's headquarters directing high volume, sensitive, and confidential projects from early concept stages to production
and fulfillment stages.
Mr. Lachman also consulted for high tech Israeli industrial companies on cost efficiency processes, product development and IT
implementation in multi national projects. He achieved exceptional success in refocusing
development time and reducing product time to market.
Mr. Lachman leverages his international experience to shape NetGift's
global strategy and make it the world's leading all-occasion gift registry system.
Mr. Lachman graduated from the IAF Aviation Academy and holds a B.A in Computer Science in Tel Aviv.
He also obtained his MBA degree while doing a joint program from Duke University's Fuqua School and the
Warwick Business School, UK.

Craig
Lightfoot, Chief Technology Officer
Boasting over 15 years of IT experience, Craig Lightfoot has extensive
experience designing and delivering business value through the use of technology.
He worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for EDS for 10 years. Mr. Lightfoot later moved to Syntel,
Inc. as the Director of Advanced Technology, where he designed and developed New2USA.com,
a vertical portal company incubated by Syntel. These ventures allowed Mr. Lightfoot the opportunity to research,
evaluate, and deploy his advanced technological knowledge to provide solutions for clients.
While servicing Global and Fortune 1000 companies, Mr. Lightfoot has acquired and applied an impressive
list of technical expertise ranging from large, complex mainframe environments and client/servers to Internet
and device technologies such as PDA's and cell phones.

Joe
Jordan, CFO
Jordan brings with him years of financial and operational management experience.
Mr. Jordan founded Practice Management Services, Inc. in 1984 to provide consulting
and contract management services to other organizations, primarily in the healthcare industry.
His other professional experience includes CFO positions for a regional healthcare system,
ten years as CFO of a regional building material manufacturer and supplier,
and three years as an auditor with Ernst and Young. Mr. Jordan is also a member of
the Board of Directors of the Oak Value Fund and the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association.

Jock
Johnston, VP, West Coast Business Development
Jock Johnston has more than a decade of strategic marketing, start-up,
business development, and management expertise. As founder of the sports media
company College Sports Network (CSN), Jock served in various management positions
including CEO. CSN published print and web sports periodicals for major college
conferences such as the Atlantic Coast Conference. Jock's career in television news
and entertainment includes producing segments for the "Larry King Live Show,"
on-the-air sports reporting for a Los Angeles-based TV station, and independent
production of instructional videos. Jock received his BS in Marketing Management from Tulane University.

Grainger McKoy,
VP, East Coast Business Development
Grainger McKoy brings over 10 years of business development
experience and has direct experience working with large retail partners.
Grainger founded and was CEO of Interactive People Systems, a developer
and marketer of multi-media kiosks for retailers. Interactive People Systems'
largest installation was with Best Buy, where it provided all Best Buy stores
with music video sampling kiosks. Grainger holds a BS in Finance with a minor
in Accounting from Clemson University.

Crash Gregg,
VP, Product Development
Working for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Glaxo-Wellcome and Nortel,
Crash brings to NetGift a diverse background of experience in areas such as marketing,
e-commerce, Web development, networking, and graphic design. With knowledge gained
from key positions in Marketing, Business Development and GUI Design as well as four
years of entrepreneurial experience as founder of a local web development firm,
Crash will be able to contact position NetGift as the foremost turnkey Gift Registry
solution on the Internet. Crash received a double major in Business Administration,
with a concentration in Marketing, and Industrial Engineering from North Carolina
State University as well as a minor in Information Technology.
